In the Grandi Salumi Guide, the TESTA IN CASSETTA and PANCETTA CON ERBE AROMATICHE DI LIGURIA receive two slices, and the SALAME DOLCE AGLIO with garlic from Vessalico, a Slow Food Presidium, receives one slice.

Salumificio Albino Chiesa won the “innovation” award at the third “Food innovation award.” The award to the company from Finale came as part of the eighth edition of “Matching,” an event dedicated to entrepreneurs who want to select new suppliers, internationalize their companies and make innovation, with the ability to combine tradition and innnovation. The event was held in Rho from Nov. 26 to 28.
Salumificio Albino Chiesa has a long experience in the production of cured meats typical of Ligurian gastronomic excellence.
